Your price is a time package. If your home needs more time, about 30 extra minutes per cleaner are included at no charge. Beyond that, we let you know as early as we can and continue only with your OK, at $25 per 30 minutes per cleaner. Without your OK, we finish in order of your priorities.
Times are about how long a visit lasts. On very long visits, about 10 hours of work or more, we usually send a second cleaner, so the visit ends sooner and its time is shown for 2 cleaners. The price stays the same.

- Anything we can’t reach safely — we confirm high spots with you before or at the start of the visit.
- Washing walls or ceilings; carpet or upholstery shampooing.
- Mold, pests, animal waste, litter boxes or hazardous materials.
- Stains, wear or damaged finishes that cleaning can’t remove.
- Organizing or decluttering (that’s home organizing) and renovation dust (that’s post-construction cleaning).

- Booked inside the fridge, oven or cabinets? Empty them first, and defrost the freezer the day before if it has ice.

- Standard time depends on when your home was last cleaned professionally: within a month, 1–3 months ago, or longer. A longer gap adds time for build-up in the kitchen and bathrooms.
- If you’d rather not add time, or we can’t reach you, we finish your priorities first, then kitchen, bathrooms, floors, trash and beds, and tell you what’s left. Areas left this way aren’t counted as missed.

Regular plans
A price per visit for your home’s size, agreed before your plan starts — every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. Every visit is planned around our standard cleaning, plus a focus area in turn.

Every visit is planned around our standard cleaning, plus one focus area in turn. If time runs short, that visit’s focus area moves to the next visit, and we tell you.
Plan terms in full
- If you start a plan, your first cleaning is at the one-time price, with 10% off for new customers. Plan prices start from your next visit.
- Laundry, ironing, bed-linen changes and hand-washing dishes on your plan repeat on every visit at standard cleaning prices, and so does the pets fee ($20 per visit). Other add-ons are one-time unless you ask us to add them to your plan.
- You can stop or pause a plan at no charge, with no minimum number of visits: online, by text or by call. A visit cancelled less than 12 hours ahead counts as a late cancellation ($50).
- If a plan’s price changes, we text you at least 10 days before the new price applies, and you can stop the plan at no charge.
- Before your plan starts, we text you the plan price and the price of your first cleaning; the plan starts only when you reply YES, so a plan needs texts even if you prefer calls. We then text you a confirmation of these terms to keep. A one-time cleaning doesn’t need texts.
