How we handle
your cleaning.
CleanLine NYC is operated by CLEANLINE LLC. We clean New York homes and workplaces, with the work and price agreed before each visit.
The plan comes first.
Your priorities, delicate finishes and products to avoid go into the plan. We agree on the tasks, price and timing before the visit.
You approve changes.
Additional paid time or a change in scope needs your approval. For home cleaning, you pay after the clean, with no deposit or card to book.
Help after the clean.
If we miss work from your booked service, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We re-clean missed areas at no extra charge; the terms are below.

Share building requirements before we confirm. Office keys or passes can be handed over with a receipt. Consumables can be purchased separately, at receipt cost.

Home cleaning has no membership fee or minimum number of visits. You can pause or stop by text or phone.
Cancel a home visit at least 12 hours ahead to avoid the $50 late-cancellation fee. Office plans require 14 days’ notice to stop.
