Text us a questionWhat affects the price?
Your price depends on the service, your home’s size, any add-ons and, for a regular plan, how often we come. For standard cleaning, the time we book, and so the price, also depends on when your home was last cleaned by a professional: within a month, 1–3 months ago, or 3+ months ago or never. If you’re not sure, we plan for 3+ months. The request form shows an estimate, and your manager confirms the exact price with you before the visit. New customers: 10% off your first cleaning. Before tax, one first cleaning per address. No code needed: your manager applies it when confirming the price. Starting a regular plan? You still get it on your first cleaning.
Does sending a request book my cleaning?
Sending a request does not reserve a visit. We reply within 1 hour during business hours (9 am–6 pm, every day). Requests sent after 6 pm are answered the next morning, from 9 am. We’re closed on Thanksgiving (November 26), Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year’s Day (January 1): no cleanings, and we reply the next day. Your manager reviews your request and confirms the work, price and an available time with you before booking.
Do you bring cleaning supplies and a vacuum?
Cleaning products and cloths are included. Please have a working vacuum and mop ready. If you need us to bring a vacuum, there is an additional charge. Tell your manager about missing equipment before the visit so we can agree on the arrangements and cost.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to let us in: you, or your building’s doorman or concierge. We don’t keep keys between visits. Agree on access with your manager before the visit, including any doorman or building instructions.
Can I arrange regular cleaning?
Yes. Regular plans are standard cleaning every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks, at a price per visit agreed before your plan starts, based on your home’s size and how often we come. Each visit adds one focus area in turn, such as the kitchen in detail. Your first cleaning is at the one-time price, and new customers still get 10% off it. Before your plan starts, we text you the plan price per visit and the price of your first cleaning if it’s still ahead; the plan starts only when you reply YES. You can pause or end a recurring plan with one text or call to (516) 206-6466, at no charge and with no minimum number of visits. A visit cancelled less than 12 hours ahead counts as a late cancellation ($50).
